Paul Wojcik

Founder & managing partner

Paul Wojcik is an investor, advisor, and director with deep experience in capital markets, securities trading, fund management, alternative assets, and risk management.

Paul founded Beofor Capital after more than 20 years at global asset manager T. Rowe Price Associates, where he was a fund manager and served as the firm’s first Chief Risk Officer from 2011 to 2018. He also held leadership roles in Global Trading and Investment Technology leading teams in Asia, Europe, Australia, and America.

From 2014 to 2019, Paul served on the board of T. Rowe Price (Luxembourg) Management S.à r.l., providing oversight of the firm’s funds, partnerships, and other products domiciled outside of North America.

Paul graduated from Vanderbilt University with majors in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Electrical Engineering. He also earned a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he held a joint appointment in the MIT Kavli Institute for Astrophysics and Space Research and the MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory. Paul worked on experiments that flew aboard the space shuttle Columbia on STS-58. Later, Paul earned an MBA degree from MIT Sloan. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst and the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designations. 

Paul enjoys serving on a small number of non-profit and for-profit boards and helping company founders launch their businesses. He and his wife Charlotte divide time between Florida and Maryland, where they have raised their three children.
